  • Our water jet stripping system integrates a double station machine and cleaning chamber so as to isolate noise and water mist caused by the ultra high-pressure water jetting. This significantly improves operator safety
  • This double station machine is equipped with an optional cleaning mold whose assorted identification terminal will automatically determine the cleaning sequence to achieve automated manufacturing
  • The cleaning chamber features a double layer structure, the inner layer is made of stainless-steel to prevent water corrosion, while the outer layer is made of carbon steel for a sleek, modern appearance. The sound insulating cotton also absorbs noise levels caused by the water spray.
  • An ultra high-pressure system features a remote start and stop, as well as remote pressure control. Users do not need to run back and forth to operate the machine. This equipment will also carry out simultaneous start and stop of the rotary spray gun and high-pressure water jet.
