The S series waterjet intensifier pump is equipped with a power unit composed of a servo motor and constant-flow pump. It is designed to precisely control the pressure and flow of the water and normalize pressure fluctuations, minimizing the them to less than 5%. This can greatly improve waterjet cutting effects.
This series waterjet intensifier pump provides a two-stage pressure setting of 10~400MP which increases the range of material types it can cut. It can precisely control the flow of water and has the advantages of small overflow and low heat, minimizing the need for additional cooling systems and prolongs the service life of the hydraulic components.
After the cutting head has been closed, the system of this series of waterjet intensifier pump can maintain water pressure and its motor will slow down the speed to an idle state to reduce energy consumption. Its energy use is 20% lower than constant pressure pumps.
This series waterjet intensifier pump is operated by touch screen. All the operating statuses and parameters and warnings are shown on this screen.

The V series waterjet pump is equipped with a power unit made up of a three-phase asynchronous motor made by Siemens and constant pressure plunger pump made by Rexroth. It uses a pressure regulating valve to regulate the water pressure. The constant pressure plunger pump can automatically regulate the water pressure to ensure its pressure fluctuation is less than 10% to effectively improve its waterjet cutting effectiveness.
This series waterjet pump provides a two-stage pressure setting including low pressure and high pressure. The stage of low pressure is suitable for cutting fragile and brittle materials thanks to its low pulse cutting performance that protects them from damage.

The T series waterjet pump features a simple structure that is stable and inexpensive to maintain. It serves as a highly cost-effective pumping solution.
The power unit of the T series waterjet pump is composed of a three-phase asynchronous motor and manual control variable displacement pump. It uses a relief valve to control oil pressure of the system to regulate the water pressure. Its pressure fluctuation is less than 15%.
